Additional Voluntary Contributions

Adding Additional Contributions to Your Employer Plan: If your employer is not contributing the maximum pension benefits allowed by the Revenue Commissioners you can make Additional Voluntary Contributions (AVC) to maximise your retirement benefits. As well as increasing your pension fund at retirement, you will receive full tax relief on all AVC's.
